All Hallows' School, Brisbane
"At All Hallows’ School we use Bulls-Eye as a career assessment and coaching tool supporting future study and career pathways . Students complete the quiz during their Careers Lessons and then use the results as a guide to keep them focused on their subjects and future studies.
The Bulls-Eye reports provide excellent information to all stakeholders and support students in subject selection, setting goals, to create action plans, exploration of possible career clusters and to make informed decisions. Bulls-Eye reports are an integrated part of the ‘check-in-conversations’ students have with their mentors. These reports also provide information to the careers counsellor about particular fields of interest of the students in group format. The final individual exit conversations with students in year 12 incorporates their Bulls-Eye report as this plays a vital role in discussions about post school options.” Ronel Bothma

"Somerville House Careers would not be the same without the Bulls Eye Career Tool. We love that students can utilise Bulls Eye several times if they wish and keep their account throughout Year 10 -12. We issue the students with their log in during Year 10 but revisit it throughout the Senior Years. It is a great resource to allow students to explore their options, ideas and aspirations. I really like the up to date information and the fabulous links to relevant and useful information. This would have to be one of the best tools to assist in career development activities for young people. It gives me lots of valuable information on the individual which I use in the career counselling process." Nyree Hatzimihail

"We use Bulls-Eye in Term 2 with the Year 9 cohort, as an introduction into careers and to start the investigation into subjects before our subject selection evening in Term Three. This gets them started on what is out there for them and what they need to put into their career planning. I re-use this tool with Year 11 in Term 3, to help them revisit career options in order to keep them thinking about post school. One-on-one interviews take place each year as well as student driven meetings to discuss their reports." Jennie Lubbe
