In the first module we focus on understanding what Group Career Counselling is, and why it is effective, as well as considering cultural awareness in group interactions.
In module two, we introduce Pyle's four-stage model for Group Career Counselling, and learn about the knowledge, skill and competency requirements for a counsellor.
In module three we provide you with step by step planning support and a simple interactive template to plan for group career counselling at your school.
In the final module the focus is on design ideas. We include a range of activity instructions, worksheets and sample sessions to help you build and design a programme that fits your schools needs.
