With a degree in Psychology, postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management and extensive experience with psychometric assessment tools I have spent the last 20 years supporting people in their careers in a range of ways - as a Consultant, Career Coach, HR Manager, and Organisational Development specialist.

Since 2012 I have been Director of an EdTech business providing digital career assessment to young people.

I have a strong interest in research around personality, positive psychology, emotional intelligence and leadership development.
